With over 20 years of global research and development (R&D) program and innovation leadership experience, Dr. Tzeghai has enabled innovation-oriented institutions and organizations to consistently generate, develop and take big ideas to market.

As an R&D executive, Dr. Tzeghai led global multi-discipline collaborative innovations at a top consumer goods company from idea to market; building big brands, and delivering platform technologies and billions of dollars in incremental business.

Starting as a scientist, Dr. Tzeghai held R&D technical and leadership positions with increasing responsibility in the US, Europe, Asia and the Americas. He gained broad business development strategy and innovation skills for competitive products, in combination with a nuanced understanding and leverage of consumer and market research insights, globally. Dr. Tzeghai is recognized nationally and internationally for his contributions to science, and for development and commercialization of products that improve people's lives.
